The trainings offered in the training unit of Southern Aluminum Company can be divided into two categories:

1. Since hiring training

It is the type of training that is provided to a person before entering the organization to create the necessary competencies and abilities in him and prepare him for future jobs.

This type of training is not done to solve specific organizational problems and problems, but its main purpose is to train human resources for the institution or organization. Pre-service training can be short-term or long-term depending on the duration of the training.
