South Aluminum Corporation considers environmental protection, safety and employee health as an integral part of its organizational culture. Therefore, efforts to improve the level of safety and health of employees is one of the main goals of this complex.
Holding a periodic working group and special committees on a monthly basis in the above direction and paying special attention to the actions in accordance with national and international standards and pursuing the following goals, is the main activity of the HSEE management system in this complex.

Maneuver (emergency preparedness)
One of the most important programs in crisis preparedness is maneuvering or training.
in fact, Maneuver is the possibility of a crisis occurring, by which operational teams demonstrate their capabilities. By performing the maneuver, realistic expectations of potential capabilities such as planning, organizing and arranging forces, and individual responsibility are assessed and identified.
